Driving........

Ok so i have been trying to not touch on this subject for a while, but it seems that there is some steam i need to blow off about this.

"Fast Lane"
If you are in the "fast lane", Please don't do the speed limit. I know this does not really adhere to the laws of the road but it's just common sense. The left lane, also known as the "fast lane", is for people that are going faster and /or passing slow people on the left. It makes it hard for people to pass or go faster than the slow people if you are in the fast lane. I understand that if you do get in the fast lane to pass someone and then you get stuck beside someone because they don't understand that you are not suppose to drive right beside the other person in the lane next to you, but you need to either speed up or slow down to be able to get in the slow lane so the other people can drive. That person should read the driver hand book again to relearn some of the rules of the road. Pay attention to your mirrors, they are there for a reason. If you look up and see someone coming up to you fast please get over so they don't have to come to a stop, go around you, or drive behind you for however far you decide to go slow in the "fast lane".

Blinkers
Blinkers are put on the car for a reason. They are there to communicate to the person either in front of you or behind you that you are fixing to turn, or switch lanes. If you don't use these you could cause an accident. It also doesn't piss people off as much. Give ample amount of time after you turn your blinker on before you actually turn. Don't just flick the thing on then instantly turn. Give yourself plenty of notice that you are fixing to turn or switch lanes.

Cutting People Off
Please, Please don't cut people off. Whether you are turning in front of them or switching lanes. I usually don't try to slow down until i absolutely have to. This makes me smile as i can see the face of the people driving and it seems to me that they are thinking "Holy S&*t this guy is fixing to hit me". I love seeing that expression on their faces. If you cut me off switching lanes i usually will ride right upon your a$$ until i feel that you have seen enough of my "MEAN" face staring at you because you did decide to cut me off. This is not a face that you would like to see.

Interstate Driving
If you are getting on the interstate, Please make sure you are doing as close to the speed limit as possible before you merge onto the interstate. If you are doing slower than the speed limit it makes for a hard time to get over if i am behind you trying to get on as well. Most of the people on the interstate are at least doing the speed limit or faster. So if you are doing 45 and trying to get on an interstate that is doing 70, then it is going to be hard or cause some kind of wreck or traffic jam because everyone is trying to slow down to try not to hit you because you decided that the slower speed was good enough. The left 2 lanes are for the people that are doing the speed limit or faster. The far left lane is for the people that like to go faster than everyone else. So if you are one of those people that do the speed limit or or slower please stay out of the far left lane. If you like to drive slower than the speed limit please stay in the far right lane. Personally i think that if you drive slower than the speed limit on the interstate then you don't need to be driving on the interstate. You might not need to be driving at all. The "blinker" rule applies heavily on the interstate. This is a much faster paced road and it causes way more accidents on this road than any other road. Pay attention to the people around you, especially the big trucks. I am very aware of the big trucks because i have driven them before. It takes a whole lot more to stop these big things because they are so much bigger and heavier. Don't cut these things off or get in front of them and decide to stop. I know some of these drivers are not the best on the road but it's a whole different world driving these vehicles than it is a regular vehicle.

Not Paying Attention
If you are driving, Please pay attention to the road and whats going on. Don't be playing on your phone or trying to get something in the passenger floorboard. If you are texting or trying to mess with something else then you are probably swerving or causing an accident. I have been know to do some of this stuff before but i try not to. WOMEN..... Makeup should not be allowed in the car with you. We all know that if it makes it in the car with you, you are going to be putting it on while you drive. This is not ok because women can't drive in general. You should allow more time in the morning before you leave to put this on. I know i am probably going to get a lot of slack because of that comment, but i have been driving for a long time and this is my opinion and observation. I am by no means the best driver in the world but i feel i am a lot better than most of the people i drive around. If you miss or are about to miss your exit or turn, please don't suddenly turn in front of someone to get to it. Just go down to the spot and turn around. This will not cause an accident or piss people off.

Blue Haired
If you are not tall enough to see over the dashboard then you don't need to be behind the wheel. I think that if  you are of a certain age that you should have to take a test every year or so to make sure that you are able to respond quick enough in a bad situation. Some of the older people on the road should not be on the road. These people are not aware of the stuff around them as much as some of the other people. They just look and drive in one direction, not paying attention to whats going on around them. As before i have seen this numerous times on the road. These people go way to slow on the roads that are fast paced. This causes accidents and traffic jams.

Parking
Parking spaces are placed the way they are for a reason. Please make sure you get in between the lines as evenly as possible. I understand that this is sometimes hard, But do your best. Don't take up 2 spaces cause you think your car is better than everyone elses. This will cause a lot of anger and sometime damages to the vehicle in question. If you are afraid of someone dinging it then park at the bottom of the parking lot. Most people don't park there because no one likes to walk that far. If you have a big vehicle, Parking in the center of the lines is very important. That makes it a lot easier for everyone else to get in and out of their vehicle. If you have to take an extra 30 second to back up and straighten you vehicle, please do this as it makes everyone a lot happier.

Insanity Beware

Well i have now been out of work for 3 weeks. This is the longest I have been out of work since I have started working. Other than when I wrecked my motorcycle. I am starting to get really bored sitting here at my house doing nothing but getting on my computer and on my iPad and iPod touch.

I have learned a little more about twitter. I have figured out how to actually talk to people although none of them seem to respond back. I know that most of these people are very famous and are very busy, but it would still be nice to get a response back. I have noticed that a lot of them do stuff for causes that really do make a difference.

So as I sit here all day long sitting in front of my computer filling out application after application, I am wondering why it is so hard for someone to hire me. I have a lot of work experience in many different things. I can do just about anything. I have mostly done car audio/video installations for the past 20 years. I have also ventured out to do other things like low voltage in houses. Wich all that is is running cable, telephone and other wires in houses while they are getting built. Kind of a construction job, just not actually building the houses. I have been a delivery driver for coca-cola bottling company too. That was an interesting job. I have sold motorcycles and built custom trailers. I have had a lot of experience with many different jobs.

So as I sit here on a daily bases and fill out my applications I wonder what has the economy came to? I would have never been sitting here on my butt for three weeks any other time. I have never had any problems finding a job any other time.

So the insanity is kicking in. My loving wife, who also handles all the money, is trying more than ever to make everything work and is severely stressed out because we have all of these bills and I'm not bringing home any money. Unemployment hasn't sent me a check yet. Im hoping that they will hurry up and send me something to help out. But with her being stressed out and me being stressed out and bored all day it doesnt make for that much of a fun time when she gets home and the kids aren't listening worth a crap.

I have to give props to my wife for doing what she does because if it wasn't for her we would really be in a shit hole. I love her more than anything and sometimes I don't show it enough but I really do love her. I just hope that we can get through all of this crap and finally get on with everything.

I would also like to thank all of my friends on Facebook and twitter for keeping me somewhat sane from sitting here all day long not having anything to do. Everyone knows that when I get bored I'm not the best person to be around.

Hopefully something will come around soon and everything will be all good again!

Jailbreak Scene

For those of you who do not know what jailbreaking is, it's a way of opening up your device and being able to do more things to it than it originally can do from the factory.

I have not been on the jailbreak scene for a long time, but long enough to somewhat know what i am doing. I have had 3 ipod touches, my wife has had 2 ipod touches, my son has an ipod touch, and i have an ipad.

I have jailbroken all of my ipod touches and my ipad. My wifes older ipod touch was jailbroken and my sons ipod touch was jailbroken. I did all of this by way of people from twitter and so on. I found all of the information on my own and there are alot of people out there that take their own time to make sure that we get all of the information that we need. Thanks to all of you that take your time to make sure we get this information.

Of course all of this information is free and its doesn't cost anything to jailbreak your device. Some of the other things after you jailbreak your device do cost money, but mostly its free. None of the people that actually make the programs to jailbreak the device are making any money from anyone. they just do it.

So i found a blog this morning that actually kind of made me mad. i don't understand how you can talk bad about someone or what they do when you aren't actually paying for this service. yes its kinda frustrating sometimes waiting on some of the releases to get here but they are doing their best to get them here as soon as they can.

So what gives these people the right to HATE on these people? i would never talk bad about someone doing me a favor or helping me get the most out of my device. i don't know that i could have another device that is  jailbroken. So if these people go away because people are pissing them off because they aren't getting the programs out quick enough for them to do it, then what are you going to do? you will have nothing out there to do it with.

If i knew all of the names of the people out there i would give them the utmost props for what they are doing. i really do appreciate all the hard work that they put into what they do. i am by no means a man that can sit in front of a computer and write all these codes or whatever it is that they do. I am not however going to sit here and talk bad about them because they haven't came up with a way to jailbreak or unlock my current device because the firmware or software is brand new. i will just sit back and wait like i have in the past. When it does come out i will give thanks to the people that do it.
